Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to one account per household, per mobile number, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will result in all duplicate bonus claims being voided.
Bonus funds credited by pk555 must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. A bet placed on pk555 is not accepted until you receive a confirmation on screen and the amount is deducted from your balance. If a technical error occurs before confirmation, the bet has not been accepted and no funds are committed. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets at pk555. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet. pk555 reserves the right to alter stake limits for individual accounts based on risk management considerations without prior notice.
In-play betting markets at pk555 are subject to the same rules as pre-match betting with the additional condition that a brief delay may apply between a bet being submitted and its acceptance or rejection. During the processing window, the stated odds may change. If odds change during this window, pk555 will notify you and offer the revised odds before confirming the bet.
pk555 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where the event is abandoned or cancelled, or where it is determined that both parties to a bet had knowledge of the outcome in advance of settlement. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.
All PSL and cricket betting markets settle according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL matches, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. Where DLS applies to a match, pk555 will settle markets based on the official revised result. Abandoned matches without an official result result in all bets being voided and refunded.
